- 1 loaf white bread
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 lb. bacon
Directions

1Blend cream cheese, sausage and parsley.

2Set aside.

3Trim crust from bread and cut each slice down the middle.

4Spread cream cheese mixture on bread (put plenty but not so much that you can't roll the bread up).

5Roll bread in a jelly roll fashion.

6Take one slice of bacon and cut in half (very diagonally).

7Take half of slice of bacon and wrap around ball; secure with a toothpick. Freeze or bake at 350° until crust lightly browns.
