Bacon Wraps(Appetizers)

  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 lb. bacon

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, sausage and parsley.

    Set aside.

    Trim crust from bread and cut each slice down the middle.

    Spread cream cheese mixture on bread (put plenty but not so much that you can't roll the bread up).

    Roll bread in a jelly roll fashion.

    Take one slice of bacon and cut in half (very diagonally).

    Take half of slice of bacon and wrap around ball; secure with a toothpick. Freeze or bake at 350° until crust lightly browns.
