Ingredients

  • 6 garlic bagels - cubed
  • 1 cup basil leaves - chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives - diced
  • 1/2 cup red onions - diced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinargrette
  • 1 tbsp - freshly cut parsley
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - freshly ground pepper

Directions

    preheat oven at 450F, chop bagels into cubes, coat with olive oil and toast for 8 minute, after 8 minutes take out of oven and set aside

    in a medium bowl mix 1/2 cup olive oil, red wine vinargrette, salt, pepper and parsley, set dressing aside

    in a large bowl, mix bagels, tomatoes, black olives, basil leaves and onions, mix well

    add dressing and serve
