- 6 garlic bagels - cubed
- 1 cup basil leaves - chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes - halved
- 1/2 cup black olives - diced
- 1/2 cup red onions - diced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinargrette
- 1 tbsp - freshly cut parsley
- 1 tbsp - salt
- 1 tsp - freshly ground pepper
Directions

1preheat oven at 450F, chop bagels into cubes, coat with olive oil and toast for 8 minute, after 8 minutes take out of oven and set aside

2in a medium bowl mix 1/2 cup olive oil, red wine vinargrette, salt, pepper and parsley, set dressing aside

3in a large bowl, mix bagels, tomatoes, black olives, basil leaves and onions, mix well

4add dressing and serve
