- 1 cup yoghurt (Dahi)
- 12 teaspoon jeera powder
- 12 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 12 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 stalk curry leaf
- 3 dried garlic
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- salt
Directions

1In one bowl, take one tbsp cooking oil.

2Heat for two minutes.

3Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, chilli powder and turmeric powder.

4Fry for a while.

5Then add youghrt and stir it well for two minutes.

6Put salt to taste.

7Swich off the fire.

8Serve with paratha or hot rice.
