  • 1 cup yoghurt (Dahi)
  • 12 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 12 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 12 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 stalk curry leaf
  • 3 dried garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • salt

Directions

    In one bowl, take one tbsp cooking oil.

    Heat for two minutes.

    Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, chilli powder and turmeric powder.

    Fry for a while.

    Then add youghrt and stir it well for two minutes.

    Put salt to taste.

    Swich off the fire.

    Serve with paratha or hot rice.
