- 3 c. evaporated skim milk
- 6 Tbsp. raisins
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1/8 tsp. each: nutmeg and cinnamon

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In mixing bowl, combine rice, milk, raisins, sugar, vanilla, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.

3Turn into 2-quart casserole dish coated with nonstick spray.

4Bake 30 minutes.

5Stir and bake 30 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
