  • 8 to 10 large apples, peeled and sliced in eighths
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. quick tapioca
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. broken pecan pieces
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. quick rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine

Directions

    Arrange apples in greased, 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with water.

    Combine tapioca, sugar, cinnamon, raisins and pecans. Spread over apples.

    Mix oats, flour and brown sugar; cut in butter or margarine until crumbly.
