- 1 ( 9-inch) refrigerated pie crust
- 3 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced or an equal amount of frozen, thawed sliced peaches
- 1/3 cup dried sweet cherries (sold in the produce aisle)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2Unroll the pie crust on a large baking sheet.

3Place the peach slices in the center of the crust, leaving a 2-inch border around the edge.

4Sprinkle the cherries over the peaches, and then top with the sugar and cinnamon.

5Pull up the sides of crust slightly and roll over towards the center, covering the filling by 1 to 2 inches.

6Bake until the crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes.

7Serve warm or at room temperature.
