- 1- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Salt
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg, Slightly Beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1- 1/2 cup Applesauce
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease the bottom and sides of an 8x8 in pan.

2In a bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

3In a separate bowl, combine the maple syrup, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

4Spread the applesauce over the bottom of the pan, leaving a layer about a 1/4-inch thick.

5Cover the fruit layer with the dry oats and then pour the liquid ingredients evenly over the oats.

6Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

7Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
