- 1/4 c. Port wine
- 1/4 c. frozen apple concentrate, defrosted
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 baking apples (red Rome)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In small saucepan, heat wine and juice until mixture boils; turn off.

3Add raisins and cinnamon; stir. Cover and let set for 15 minutes.

4Core each apple, leaving at least 1/2 inch of bottom intact.

5Score around bottom of apple and peel to score line.

6Place apples in a glass baking dish so they are not touching.

7Stuff with juice soaked raisins; spoon remaining juice evenly over apples.

8Put water in dish to cover 1/3 inch.

9Cover with aluminum foil.

10Bake 20 minutes.

11Remove foil; bake 20 minutes.
