- 9 apples, pared and halved (Golden Delicious are fine)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 to 1 c. granulated sugar
- oleo
Directions

1Use a flat Pyrex dish.

2Place apple halves cut side up. Sprinkle flour on top of apples; pour sugar evenly on top of flour. Sprinkle all sparingly with allspice or nutmeg.

3Dot each half with a little bit of oleo.

4Bake at 375° (uncovered) 30 minutes or until tender.
