Baked Baby Lima Beans

  • 1 lb. dried baby lima beans
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Soak beans overnight; drain and cover with fresh water. Add 1 teaspoon salt; cook until tender.

    Drain and rinse under running hot water. Put

    casserole and dab on oleo.

    Mix together remaining salt, sugar, dry mustard and molasses.

    Mix into beans well.

    Add sour cream, mixing in lightly. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
