Baked bean soup with egg

  • 1 can baked bean in tomato sauce (420g)
  • 2 egg, cracked into a bowl, not beaten
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tsp white sugar

Directions

    Pour baked bean with tomato sauce into frying pan, add water and sugar.

    Simmer using low or medium heat.

    Add egg when gravy begins to boil.

    Stir the egg white and then the egg yolk.

    Simmer till gravy thickened.

    Ready to serve with rice while hot.
