- 1 can baked bean in tomato sauce (420g)
- 2 egg, cracked into a bowl, not beaten
- 200 ml water
- 3 tsp white sugar
Directions

1Pour baked bean with tomato sauce into frying pan, add water and sugar.

2Simmer using low or medium heat.

3Add egg when gravy begins to boil.

4Stir the egg white and then the egg yolk.

5Simmer till gravy thickened.

6Ready to serve with rice while hot.
