- 3 cups white beans
- 14 lb salt pork or 14 lb bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 13 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- water
- 13 cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions

1Pick beans over and soak overnight.

2Drain, then add chopped pork, onion, molasses, salt, pepper and mustard.

3Coverwith water and bake in a covered bean pot for about 6 hours at 300F Add water if beans are dry.

4Serve hot.
