- 2 lb. (4 c.) navy beans
- 12 c. water
- 4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. dark molasses
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar (I use 1/2 c.)
- 1/4 lb. chopped bacon
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Soak beans overnight in cold water and drain.

2Cook beans in water and salt until tender.

3Place in baking pan.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Bake for 4 hours at 300°.
