  • 1 (18 oz.) jar Brick Oven baked beans
  • 1 medium size onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of red pepper
  • bacon

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except bacon and onion.

    Place in casserole or baking dish.

    Mixture should be soupy.

    Cover mixture with onion slices, then with bacon.

    Bake at 300° uncovered for 1 hour.

    Cut off heat and leave for another hour.
