Ingredients

  • 1 large can pork and beans, drained
  • 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 large can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 6 strips bacon
  • soy sauce
  • liquid smoke
  • dry mustard

Directions

    Drain all beans.

    Mix brown sugar with barbecue sauce.

    Chop green pepper and green onions.

    Fry bacon; remove and crumble. Brown green pepper and onions in bacon drippings.

    Mix soy sauce, liquid smoke and mustard.

    Add all ingredients to beans in casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or more.
