Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans (Van Camp)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed

Directions

    Cut bacon into pieces and fry.

    Drain bacon and add to ingredients.

    Cook in oven at 350° for 55 minutes.

    Stir 1 cup cubed Cheddar cheese into cooked beans.
