- bear paws, skinned
- margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 8 slices bacon
Directions

1Brown the paws in a skillet with margarine.

2Transfer to a casserole and season with salt, thyme, cinnamon and pepper.

3Fry onion in the fat until softened and transfer the contents of the pan over the paws.

4Add beef bouillon and lay the bacon over the top.

5Cover and bake at 325° until tender.
