- 2 lb. lean stew meat, cooked
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 4 to 5 potatoes, quartered
- 1 slice white bread
- 1 can tomatoes, mashed
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 to 8 carrots, quartered
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mash tomatoes; add Minute tapioca.

2Tear bread into tiny pieces and add to tomatoes.

3Add all other ingredients.

4Pour into large greased casserole dish.

5Bake in 325° oven, covered, for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
