- 6 to 8 bluegill fillets
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 can condensed consomme
- 3/4 c. dill pickles, thinly sliced
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine.

2Gradually stir in flour, adding catsup and consomme.

3Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add sliced pickles and place fish in baking dish. Cover with sauce.

5Bake at 400°

6for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
