- 8 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- ham, bacon, sausage--all cooked
- mushrooms
- green peppers
- onions
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Grease 9 X 13 pan.

2Pat bread and cheese on bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread and cheese.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
