  • 8 slices bread, trim off crust & cube
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • ham, bacon, sausage--all cooked
  • mushrooms
  • green peppers
  • onions
  • salt & pepper

Directions

    Grease 9 X 13 pan.

    Pat bread and cheese on bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread and cheese.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
