- 8 ounce Brie
- 8 ounce Peacans
- 4 ounces Port Wine
- 4 ounces Balsamic Vineger
- 1 jar Apricot Preserve
Directions

11 - slowly toast the pecans in a frying pan until warm and slightly darker

22 - Combine Port, Preserve & Balsamic Vineger in a 4 qt sauce pan and bring to boil.

33 - Add pecans to sauce pan with mixture and let simmer

44 - Preheat Oven to 350°

55 - Place the Brie on to a baking sheet and bake for 25 min

66 - remove Brie and place on a serving platter. Cover with Pecan mixture. Place crackers around cheese and serve.
