- 1 large beef brisket
- unseasoned meat tenderizer
- seasoned salt
- celery salt
- garlic salt
- 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle meat with tenderizer. Sprinkle liberally with other salts. Mix liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours.

2Turn after 12 hours. Bake, covered, at 225° for 6 to 8 hours. Drain before serving. Do not serve juice. Slice thin.
