  • 1 large beef brisket
  • unseasoned meat tenderizer
  • seasoned salt
  • celery salt
  • garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Sprinkle meat with tenderizer. Sprinkle liberally with other salts. Mix liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours.

    Turn after 12 hours. Bake, covered, at 225° for 6 to 8 hours. Drain before serving. Do not serve juice. Slice thin.
