   heat lager frying pan with oil on low

   rise pork chops set aside

   in to lager blows put flour in noe and bread crumbs ine the other

   in another bowl add eggs and season and milk and mix well

   repeat till all chops r breaded

   one at a time place in oil pan 3to 5 minutes on each side

   place them on a oven pan

   put them in oven at 350 for 20 minutes ( do not trun them)
