  • 1 onion
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (raw)
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cabbage

    Brown onion and chopped cabbage until soft.

    Melt butter in an 8 x 11-inch dish.

    Layer onion and cabbage on bottom.

    Next layer ground beef, then rice and cabbage on top.

    Mix spaghetti sauce and 3 cups of water in pan; warm.

    Pour over top.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
