- 1 head (medium) cabbage
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
- 2 c. medium white sauce
- 1/4 c. corn flake or cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cut the cabbage coarsely.

2Cook in a small amount of salted water until tender.

3Drain.

4Grease a large baking dish. Alternate a layer of cabbage, then a layer of the cheese, and then a layer of the white sauce.

5Top all of the casserole with the mixed cheese and the crumbs.

6Bake at 350° until the ingredients are heated through and the cheese is golden brown.
