  • 4 or 5 catfish fillets
  • 8 oz. creamy Italian salad dressing
  • 6 oz. Eagle Crispy Thins potato chips, crushed
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Place fish in baking dish.

    Pour salad dressing over it.

    Sprinkle potato chips and cheese generously over top of fish.

    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
