Baked Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo

    Break cauliflower into pieces and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water.

    Drain.

    Mix cream of chicken soup, mayo and Cheddar cheese.

    In a 2-quart baking dish, add the well drained cauliflower.

    Add soup mixture and stir.

    Mix bread crumbs with oleo and sprinkle over cauliflower.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until golden brown.
