- 20 graham crackers
- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- cherry or other pie filling
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Roll graham crackers into fine crumbs (between 2 sheets waxed paper).

2Pour into 8 or 9-inch square pan.

3Add powdered sugar and melted butter.

4Mix together and pat into bottom of pan.

5Combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs.

6Beat with mixer until smooth.

7Pour over crumb crust and bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

8Let cool.

9Top with cherry or other pie filling.

10Serve with Cool Whip.
