- 1 frying chicken
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sesame seed (optional)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives
- 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small can shrimp
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
Directions

1Melt margarine in pan.

2Roll chicken in flour, sesame seed, salt and pepper.

3Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

4Take out of oven and turn.

5Drain pineapple and add green peppers, chopped onion, olives, chunk pineapple and shrimp.

6Mix pineapple juice, soup and chili sauce and pour over chicken.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

9The temperature may be lowered after this time and the chicken can be left in the oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
