Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed (optional)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. stuffed olives
  • 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small can shrimp
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. chili sauce

Directions

    Melt margarine in pan.

    Roll chicken in flour, sesame seed, salt and pepper.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

    Take out of oven and turn.

    Drain pineapple and add green peppers, chopped onion, olives, chunk pineapple and shrimp.

    Mix pineapple juice, soup and chili sauce and pour over chicken.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

    The temperature may be lowered after this time and the chicken can be left in the oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
