  • 8 to 10 boneless chicken pieces
  • 1 c. spicy cheese crackers, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • mayonnaise

Directions

    Wash and dry chicken.

    Spread mayonnaise on both sides and dip in cheese crumbs until well coated.

    Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan and shake garlic powder and parsley flakes over.

    Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    Can be eaten cold or hot.

    Better for you than fried chicken.
