- 8 to 10 boneless chicken pieces
- 1 c. spicy cheese crackers, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- mayonnaise
Directions

1Wash and dry chicken.

2Spread mayonnaise on both sides and dip in cheese crumbs until well coated.

3Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan and shake garlic powder and parsley flakes over.

4Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

5Can be eaten cold or hot.

6Better for you than fried chicken.
