  • 4 (3 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Arrange chicken breast halves in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish, coated with cooking spray.

    Combine tomatoes and remaining ingredients, stirring until well combined.
