  • 1 chicken in serving pieces, skin removed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

    Combine celery soup, mushroom soup, milk and rice.

    Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Arrange chicken pieces on top.

    Shake onion soup mix in package and sprinkle over chicken. Bake, covered, in 325° oven about 2 hours.
