- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. milk
- rind 1 lemon, grated
Directions

1Mix biscuit mix, sugar, nutmeg, rosemary and lemon rind.

2Beat egg and add to milk; add oil.

3Stir liquid mixture into dry mixture just until batter is formed.

4Pour into greased and floured 9-inch pan.

5Bake 25 minutes at 425°.
