- 9 bacon slices
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 9 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Line a greased casserole dish (9 x 13-inch) with dried beef. Place chicken on top with bacon strip on each chicken piece.

2Mix soup.

3Add milk and sour cream.

4Pour over all.

5Place in cold oven at 250° and bake for 4 hours, uncovered.

6Serve over rice, noodles or pasta.
