  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 9 bacon slices
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 9 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Line a greased casserole dish (9 x 13-inch) with dried beef. Place chicken on top with bacon strip on each chicken piece.

    Mix soup.

    Add milk and sour cream.

    Pour over all.

    Place in cold oven at 250° and bake for 4 hours, uncovered.

    Serve over rice, noodles or pasta.
