  • 2 chickens, cut up and skinned
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Place chicken pieces in one layer in 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Mix together soups and wine; pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over top and bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
