  • 23 ounces tomato juice
  • 8 ounces ketchup
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, diced
  • 3/4 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemons, juice of or 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients; chill thoroughly before serving.

    Serve over a bed of lettuce and garnish each srving with a large shrimp, if desired.
