  • 1 lb. (450 g) frozen pizza dough, thawed
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast (1/4 lb./115 g), grilled, sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
  • 1 cup sliced drained canned artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil

    Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Pat pizza dough into 16x12-inch rectangle on lightly floured baking sheet.

    Meanwhile, mix cream cheese spread, milk and garlic powder until blended.

    Spread cream cheese mixture onto crust; top with chicken, peppers, artichokes and cheeses.
