  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn

Directions

    Beat eggs and salt well. Stir in milk, sugar, cornstarch, crumbs and butter.

    Add corn. Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake at 325° for 1 hour or at 425° for 30 minutes.
