  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix together the corn, milk and eggs.

    Add cracker crumbs, butter, salt and pepper.

    Pour this mixture into a greased casserole.

    Sprinkle more cracker crumbs on top.

    Dribble melted butter on top (about 1/2 cup).

    Bake at 350° until center of casserole is firm (knife comes out clean).
