Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. corn
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 well beaten eggs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except eggs.

    Beat eggs and fold in mixture.

    Place in greased casserole with lid.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes; turn down to 350° for 35 minutes or until puffs up. (Bake until liquid is gone at top.)
