  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Del Monte cream-style corn
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Combine corn, soft butter, garlic salt, cornbread mix and beaten eggs. Stir until well blended. Spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until center is set.
