- 1 can or 1 pt. corn
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix corn with eggs and set aside.

2Combine flour, sugar, salt, pepper and milk.

3Add milk gradually to flour mixture.

4Beat until smooth, then add melted butter.

5Combine this batter with corn and egg mixture, then pour mixture in a greased casserole.

6Set in a pan of hot water.

7Bake in slow oven (325°) for 45 to 60 minutes until custard is firm.
