- corned beef brisket
- 1/2 qt. orange juice
- 6 bay leaves
- whole cloves
Directions

1Parboil corned beef for 15 minutes.

2Place roast in roasting pan and cover with the orange juice.

3Generously pierce corned beef with the cloves.

4Add bay leaves to roasting pan.

5Bake, covered, at 325° for 2 1/2 hours.

6Cut against the grain.

7Great served with boiled red potatoes and cabbage.
