  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1/2 pt. cream
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 c. celery, diced
  • 1 c. onion, diced
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • Tabasco to taste
  • Lea & Perrins sauce to taste

Directions

    Saute diced onion, celery and pepper in butter.

    In bowl, mix cracker crumbs, cream and seasonings to taste.

    Add sauteed vegetables and crab meat.

    Fill crab shells and top with paprika. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Garnish with lemon.
