- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 1/2 pt. cream
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- Tabasco to taste
- Lea & Perrins sauce to taste
Directions

1Saute diced onion, celery and pepper in butter.

2In bowl, mix cracker crumbs, cream and seasonings to taste.

3Add sauteed vegetables and crab meat.

4Fill crab shells and top with paprika. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
