   Place doves breast side down in rectangular pan and add 1/2 teaspoon

   Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over bird and gently wrap 1/2 slice bacon over

   each dove.

   Sprinkle approximately 2 tablespoons cooking sherry over

   birds.

    Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 2 to 3 hours at 300°;

    serve with rice or grits.
