Baked Egg Cups

  • 6 eggs
  • 9 slice Precooked Bacon
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 pinch Fresh Parsley
  • 1 dash Pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F and lightly coat a cupcake pan with non-stick cooking spray.

    Wrap a slice of bacon around each cup and place half a piece along the bottom.

    Crack a fresh egg into each cup and top with salt, cracked pepper and fresh parsley.

    Bake from 15-20 minutes and serve immediately!
