- spaghetti sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Peel eggplant and slice about 1/4-inch thick.

2Dip in egg and bread crumbs.

3Fry in hot oil on both sides until brown.

4Put a little spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish:

5one layer of eggplant, one layer of Mozzarella cheese, a little more spaghetti sauce on top of cheese and add a little Parmesan cheese on top of sauce.

6Start with another layer.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
