- 3 zucchini (1 to 2 inches thick)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. ground beef or sausage, cooked
- 1 slice bread, crumbed
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- cheese
Directions

1Cook zucchini in boiling water for 3 minutes.

2Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp.

3Salt and pepper.

4Melt butter. Saute onion, celery and ground beef.

5Add bread crumbs and the scooped out pulp with tomato sauce.

6Stir together.

7Stuff zucchini.

8Place in a shallow pan.

9Sprinkle with cheese.

10Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
