- 6 fish fillets
- dash of lemon pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 c. green onions
- 1 or 2 toes garlic
- 1 onion, sliced
Directions

1Line pan with foil.

2Rub butter or margarine on foil.

3Season both sides of fish with salt, pepper and lemon pepper if desired. Put fish on foil.

4Slice lemon, green onions, garlic and onion over fish.

5Seal and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

6Test for doneness.

7If necessary, bake about 5 minutes more.
