- 2 lb. fish fillets or steaks
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2If fillets are large, cut into serving pieces.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Mix juice with onion and butter.

5Dip fish in mixture.

6Place in greased square pan.

7Pour remaining mixture over fish.

8Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
